With The Brady, Forbes Capretto Homes’ designer focused on lifestyle. What do they need in each room, and how will they move from one area to the other? We recognized that a home of this size would be ideal for multi-generational living, so we created an option for converting the den on the main floor to a bedroom with a full bath. We also realized that traffic could get heavy in this household, so we added a family entry from the garage, with optional cubbies and bench to keep all the boots, hats, and backpacks where they belong. Forbes Capretto designed The Brady’s eat-in kitchen to be large enough to stock, prepare, and serve a big family, and the many guests you’ll probably entertain. Your center island adds ample room for high-volume food prep and can serve as a breakfast bar or buffet. With the open floor plan, the kitchen and great room are divided only by your furniture. The great room’s area is made even larger with the two-story height. The balcony above connects the first floor with the upper level, adding more dimension to the open floor plan concept. In addition to these common living areas, we’ve incorporated a formal dining room and living room, so you can move from casual gatherings to something a bit more elegant, as you desire. The owner’s suite on the second floor extends the full depth of the house, so you have a truly “suite” experience. Incorporate a sitting area into your large bedroom to enjoy the haven from the household activity. The owner’s bath treats you to all the personal comforts you’d expect in a home with this level of elegance—dual vanities, spa tub, step-in shower, and private water closet. Beyond the bath, we’ve placed a walk-in closet that is almost large enough to be a room of its own. The Brady gives you a perfect balance of style, space, and convenience. Let us personalize the details to provide the fit that’s ideal for you.
