Many thanks to the Forbes Capretto team for building our beautiful home. We checked websites for many builders in WNY, but Forbes offered several attractive floor plans and our search ended when we focused on "The Brady" plan. Floor plans from other builders did not compare once we assessed the many options made available by Forbes in all of their plans. From start to finish the entire team was responsive to our needs and requests. We have a special thank you for Steve Converse who started us in the process and Gene Owczarczak, our project manager. They were wonderful to work with and accommodated us in many ways. We were blessed to have them work with us on our home. Forbes engagement minimized our stress, and we remained confident throughout the build that our all expectations would be met.

While my wife, Millie, and I were in the process of having our home built by Forbes Capretto Homes, we had the opportunity to interface with Frank Zaccaria throughout the entire procedure. Frank replied to every question we asked and literally walked us through the build from laying out the property to pouring the foundation and all the checkpoints to ensure our new home would meet our needs. He took the extra steps to send us pictures of the progress being made in that we were living in CT while this was all taking place. Also, this was at the time that Covid really hit and all precautions were taken to ensure our safety was considered. We are very pleased with the end result and the continued assurance if we have any issues or concerns, they will be taken care of. We are very pleased with Frank and the quality of our Forbes home.

In all my life, I would never have thought or considered building a new home. It seemed like a mountain of a task and job in regards to all of the choices, options and decisions to be made. But after talking with my family and realizing that none of the older built homes I visited met up with my needs and expectations, I decided to move ahead with building a new home. My brother said location is key so find property were you want to live first and then choose a builder. I quickly decided upon the Lewiston area and found a beautiful development that Forbes Capretto was involved in off of Lower River Road called Wolf Run Drive. I looked at the various lots available and choose one in the middle of the development with a pond in the back of the lot. With all my excitement, I contacted Forbes Capretto and began a great relationship with them and their sales representative Steve Converse and foreman Gene Owczarczak.

Steve and his team were tremendous as they guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. It was an amazing time as we struggled with the onset of Covid but there was excitement seeing the home take shape on drawings. The entire Forbes Capretto Team answered all my questions; considered my ideas and suggestions for changes and additions and made sure that nothing was missed as my Home was coming to life. It was exciting to make all the choices and go to the building site and see my home rise from the ground. What was really great about building with Forbes Capretto was that they always offered advice, kept me informed about any delays and always wanted the best results for building my home. 

To Everyone at Forbes Capretto, John and I wanted to thank you all so very much for the wonderful gift basket that was left for us in our new home! It has definitely come in handy already!
