More Space. More Choices. More Ways to Make It Yours.

One of the things that makes Wheatfield Crossing different is simply the amount of choice.

Homes range from approximately 1,500 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet, with designs offering open-concept living, spacious kitchens, home offices, dramatic great rooms, first-floor primary suites, flexible living spaces and today's most sought-after features.

But choosing a floorplan is only the beginning.

Select the architectural style, interior finishes and design details that turn a Forbes Capretto home into your home. From modern farmhouse and Craftsman influences to timeless traditional architecture, Wheatfield Crossing gives you the opportunity to create something that feels personal from the moment you arrive.

Room to Build the Home You've Been Waiting For

The homesites at Wheatfield Crossing are another important part of the story.

Generously sized lots create breathing room between homes and provide opportunities for larger yards, outdoor living, landscaping and the kind of backyard you've been picturing.

And because Wheatfield Crossing is still growing, today's buyers have an opportunity that becomes harder to find as a new community matures: more choice.

More choice in homesites. More choice in location within the neighborhood. More choice in home designs. And more opportunity to personalize your new home from the beginning.

If you've been waiting for the right combination of home, homesite and location, this may be the time to start exploring your options.

A Home for Today—and Whatever Comes Next

The right home isn't only about the number of bedrooms or square feet. It's about finding a home that works for the life you're living today while giving you flexibility for the years ahead.

Maybe that means a ranch with everything you need on one level.

Maybe it's a first-floor-primary design that provides privacy and convenience while keeping additional bedrooms upstairs.

Or maybe you're ready for a larger two-story home with dedicated spaces for working, entertaining, gathering and getting away from it all.

At Wheatfield Crossing, you don't have to fit your life into one kind of home. You can choose the home that fits your life.

That's why the community includes one of Forbes Capretto Homes' most diverse collections of home designs, with opportunities for a wide range of sizes, layouts and architectural styles.
