Stacey has been with the Forbes team for 25 years. Before she joined the Forbes Capretto family, Stacey got her start at The Ohio State University where she earned her degree in Communication. After graduation, Stacey began work as a receptionist at Forbes Capretto Homes while taking the steps to earn her real estate license. Within six months, Stacey was promoted to sales and has never looked back.

Now, after 25 years in the department, Stacey works directly with the sales team as part of her day-to-day schedule. Stacey’s responsibilities are extensive, with no two days the same. Some of the tasks she assists with on a daily basis include supporting the marketing and social media team, helping with the selection process of model and inventory homes, training New Home Consultants and assistants, researching and selecting new floor plans, and facilitating sales for several communities and offsite builds.

After being in the industry for so long, it would be easy to lose focus, but not Stacey. When she sees happy customers years later and they’re still talking about how much they love their home, she knows she accomplished her job! It’s the perfect motivation to continue helping clients find their dream home in Western New York.

Stacey always finds ways to stay motivated. But because no career comes without its challenges, Stacey says the hardest part of her job is when she is faced with an obstacle or an objection, finding a creative solution and then never giving up!

When asked what the most rewarding part of her job is, Stacey said, “Making our customers’ dreams a reality. Helping them see their vision coming together is the best.” Stacey also commented on her favorite part about working at Forbes Capretto: “My favorite thing is being part of a great team that is like a family.”

When Stacey isn’t working with clients to find their dream home, she can be found spending time with her seven-year-old son, Corey and her husband. She prides herself on being a hockey mom and the incredibly close relationship she has with her family.
